Well, IBM and other companies create this jobs to solve the different challenges of a certain industry.
The vice president of IBM’s Center of Business Optimization, William Pulleyblank says, “We need people who can talk the language of [clients in various industries] and at the same time can talk about how IT can really help.”
With the tough competition in the job market, if you are capable enough for hybrid jobs, this would be a great opportunity for you to grab!
Here are some tips for you to be competitive enough for hybrid jobs:
- Have a continuous learning. The main point of hybrid jobs is flexibility. If in case there is something you didn’t know, keep time on learning on that particular area or field. The more things you learn, the more capable you would be.
- Don’t give yourself limitations. Expand your skills and potentials. Don’t just stand to where you are standing. Let yourself grow more and become more competent.
- Look for the job that really fits on you. Don’t just rush accepting jobs, which you don’t have idea of how the work would be. Test yourself whether you can handle a certain job or not.
- If you will be given an opportunity for a job interview, sell your capabilities like you are the most competent in the market. Give specific skills and examples of what have you done well upon working.
