ETP Provides $12 Million for New Job Training Funds

As unemployment reached up at its highest rate for a couple or years, it was still the hottest issue on the global market. Well, it can’t be denied that every nation around the globe had felt the twinge of crisis not just within the business but workers are also being affected as most companies made job cuts to cope up with the dilemma.

However, governments in each nation were already doing there best to solve such of these uncertainties. In fact, California had already got a good start.

California had also been affected with high rate of unemployment but now, California had take a good break on it.

Employment Training Panel (ETP) of the state has been provided almost $12 Million, which is for the new job training funds, intended to improve the skills and capabilities of over 10,350 Californian workers. ETP is a performing based program that provides funds for trainees who were able to successfully complete the approved training programs and were able to keep their jobs at a long period of time. The funding includes programs that would worth for about $150,000 at three local employers.

A lot wants to help and the Sacramento region will give a share of 3.15 Million for the funds of training workers with a statewide presence.

Shari Little said, “We’re seeing more pick up in applications, although we’ve had some trouble getting the word out in the past. It’s a perfect time to train workers rather than lay off people.”
